Cefalu
Cefalu is quiet town on the north coast of Sicily dominated by the 12th century Norman Cathedral  
  
The Cathedral was began in 1131 under the Norman King Roger the 2nd
The Roger the 2nd is known for uniting all the Norman conquests in Italy to one Kingdom

Inside the Cathedral is the obligatory Christ Pantocrator mosaic
  
Taken from the square in front of the Cathedral this   
was the most relaxing place we found in all of Sicily
 
This is an ancient medieval fountain apparently used for clothes washing
