San Cataldo

The church San Cataldo was founded and built around 1160 AD

A close up of the distinctive red domes, a mixture of Arab and Byzantine architecture

Inside the Church has been restored to it's original medieval appearance

On the back window is a symbol representing one of the Norman order of Knights

The symbol is very similar to the Coat of Arms of the Kingdom of Jerusalem
