Clytemnestra's Tomb

Mycenae has these distinctive cave tombs known as Tholos tombs
This is called the Tomb of Clytemnestra. Clytemnestra was the wife of Agamemnon
According to legend the Greeks were ready to sail to war with Troy but the winds were against them
The soosayers said that Agamemnon needed to sacrifice his daughter to appease the gods
